Originally from the rugged coastlines of Kilcunda and Torquay, Australia, I’ve been surrounded by surf culture and an active lifestyle since day one. My journey eventually brought me to Switzerland in 2015, where I opened my private Personal Training studio and continue to do what I love – helping clients build strength, confidence, and well-being.

My private studio offers a focused, distraction-free environment where we use professional equipment and carefully tailored exercises to achieve your goals. And with my background in both Personal Training and sports such as surfing and BJJ, you’ll benefit from a unique, well-rounded perspective.

I hold certifications that span a range of fitness disciplines, including:
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers
- ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Level 1 TRX Suspension Trainer
- Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor
These qualifications, along with my 30+ years of surfing and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, allow me to create a holistic approach to fitness that focuses on long-term health, posture, and functional strength.
Away from the Gym
I’m a proud dad of two, lifelong student of philosophy, chilli taster, weekend gardener and plant lover. I know that a balanced life is a fulfilling one and I bring this philosophy to every training session, encouraging clients to build strength and confidence in a way that enhances their overall wellbeing.
