Luke’s Boot Camp offers a high-energy outdoor workout that will take you to the top of your fitness game. During each one-hour session, you’ll tackle a variety of exercises – from circuits and HIIT to partner work – that build strength, endurance, and functional fitness. Sessions run three times a week and cater for all fitness levels, ensuring beginners and experienced exercisers alike feel challenged and motivated. Each session includes a warm-up and cool-down to promote safe performance and effective recovery.

Working out with others brings extra motivation and enjoyment to each session. Boot Campers work together in a friendly, encouraging environment where everyone can push their limits and celebrate their progress. Luke’s expert guidance ensures that exercises are performed with precision and confidence, without the intimidation of ‘military style’ training.
When and Where?
Join Boot Camp every Monday and Wednesday evening and alternate Fridays or Saturdays for an invigorating outdoor workout. Conveniently located near Albisriederplatz, each session is planned with access to fresh air and plenty of space for a unique fitness experience, rain or shine.

What to Bring?
All the equipment is provided, from a suspension trainer to medicine balls, so all you need to bring is a water bottle, towel or mat, and a positive attitude.
What to Wear?
Boot Camp takes place outdoors, so dress comfortably for movement and the weather. Wear breathable, layered clothing that lets you adapt to changing temperatures, and choose sturdy, supportive footwear suitable for a variety of terrain. There is no need for fitness fashion trends: just focus on what will keep you comfortable and ready to perform at your best!

The weather won’t stop the energy of Boot Camp! In the event of rain or snow, we have sheltered areas to ensure a safe and effective training experience while keeping you comfortable and enjoying your workout.
Getting Started
Boot Camp workouts are great because you don’t have to join a gym, pay for a membership, or fill out forms. Boot Camp is all about keeping exercise simple, accessible, and beneficial. If you’d like to join a Boot Camp workout and you’re not a member yet, you can easily book a class here. Don’t forget to include your phone number and email address – Luke will contact you to confirm the location.
Prices & Member Packages
Boot Camp
Boot Camp workouts are often more affordable than gym memberships because you only pay for the sessions you attend, with no joining or administrative fees. The session packs are valid up to 52 weeks after purchase, allowing you to attend any class during that period and only pay for the classes you attend. There are no hidden costs. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you won’t have to pay anything as long as you give at least 12 hours’ notice; there won’t be any charge.
