Luke is more than just a certified Personal Trainer – he’s a highly skilled coach with a diverse background. A black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and an active BJJ coach, he brings a deep understanding of movement, discipline, and functional strength. He has also surfed for over 30 years, adding to his holistic approach to fitness and body control.

His focus on strength, mobility, and overall fitness, combined with the privacy of his exclusive studio, ensures that every session is dedicated to helping you achieve real progress.
When and Where?
To ensure your preferred time and day, book your Personal Training session up to 28 days in advance in the Member Portal or GymMaster App. The schedule fills up quickly, so it’s recommended to book soon. It’s advisable to work out two to three days per week and follow a regular timetable of workouts to make progress and reach your goals as quickly as possible.
Sessions are typically held in Luke’s studio at Friedaustrasse 12 in Zürich. Alternatively, you can exercise online or outdoors at one of three nearby parks, all just a few minutes’ walk from Albisriederplatz.
What to Wear?
Training in the privacy of the studio means you don’t have to worry about fitness fashion trends and are free to wear whatever exercise clothing you find comfortable. Make sure your shoes match your workout, though – clean, indoor shoes for studio-based workouts and outdoor shoes for training outside.
What to Bring?
You don’t need to bring a lot with you for Personal Training. All exercise equipment is supplied. However, for your comfort, make sure you bring a towel, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and your weight training gloves if you like to wear them for strength training.
Getting Started
To begin Personal Training, Luke conducts an initial Health & Fitness Assessment to understand your goals, medical history, exercise experience, and lifestyle. Based on this information, he creates a tailored workout plan. The first few workouts will assess your abilities and lay the groundwork for future training.
